Article 1 - Scope
These general conditions of sale govern the sale of items presented on the site www.little-boudoir.com. These general conditions of sale are systematically brought to the attention of each customer when placing the order. Any order implies irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions of sale which aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods and services offered by LETESTU Any contrary condition posed by the customer will therefore be, in the absence of express acceptance, unenforceable against the seller regardless of when it may have been brought to his attention. The general conditions may be subject to modification, the applicable conditions are those in force on the site www.liitle-boudoir.com on the date the order is placed by the customer. If a condition were to be missing, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies are headquartered in France. In particular, LETESTU cannot be held responsible for changes in the composition, materials, materials or manufacturing processes by the supplier of which it has not been informed. Article 3 - Price
Prices are presented in Euros (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI), excluding delivery costs which remain the responsibility of the customer unless special conditions apply. LETESTU reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Items will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Article 4 - Orders
Acceptance: Any validation of the order constitutes express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items available for sale. The user declares to have read and irrevocably accepted these general conditions of sale before placing their order. Prior to validation of the order, the customer must complete the form reserved for this purpose in order to provide the data necessary to process their order. At the end of the order procedure, materialized by a page summarizing the order placed, the customer has the possibility of correcting any errors made in data entry. On the order summary page, the customer has the choice between confirming or canceling the order placed. Once the order is confirmed, it is deemed accepted and the customer no longer has the possibility of canceling the transaction corresponding to the order. Unavailability: In the event of unavailability of the item after placing the order, LETESTU will inform the customer by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. The customer can then request cancellation and reimbursement or exchange of the order from LETESTU.
Article 4 bis - Return and refund policy
Pursuant to article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in the event of distance selling cannot be exercised (unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise) for contracts for the supply of goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned. The customer's attention is therefore drawn to the fact that the right of withdrawal is not applicable to sales of personalized items at their request except in the event of a major defect in the support.
Non-personalized items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order and will only be refunded if this deadline is met. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a defective or broken product, the customer must send an email to contact@little-boudoir.com attaching a photo of the product. In the event of proven defection or breakage, LETESTU will reship a new item.
No exchange or refund will be made if the customer simply changes their mind about their purchase.
Article 5 - Payment
The price of the order is due immediately upon placing the order. Payment can be made in different ways:
Carte Bleue: The cards accepted are Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payment by credit card is made online via the secure Stripe system or any other means that can be substituted. Banking data is encrypted (SSL security standard) and therefore does not circulate unencrypted on the Internet. The customer communicates his name, his card number, its expiration date and his cryptogram. The customer acknowledges that the communication of information relating to his bank card and the final validation of his order will constitute, in accordance with the law of March 13, 2000 on electronic signatures, proof of the entirety of the order and authorization to debit his account. bank account for the benefit of LETESTU, up to the total amount of its order, costs included. The order will be shipped from the debit of the customer's account to LETESTU. In this case, the payment is, except for fraudulent use, irrevocable.
Article 6 - Shipping costs, delivery conditions and times
The items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. Orders are mainly delivered by La Poste in Colissimo Suivi or Lettre Max.
Delivery times: The delivery time will depend on each item, this time is indicated on the description sheet of each product. This starts on the date of payment of the order. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation and delivery times of the order. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed by telephone or e-mail. LETESTU will not be held liable in the event of late delivery, for any reason whatsoever. Exceeding the indicated deadlines cannot give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction in the price paid by the customer, and to any payment for damages as long as the customer receives delivery within 30 clear days following the date of delivery. confirmation of your order.
Costs: Delivery costs are calculated based on the total amount of the weight of the items ordered, their characteristic(s), the location of delivery or the shipping possibilities and availability of the designer. Article 7 - Complaints
Upon receipt of the items, the customer must immediately check their condition and conformity with the order. Article 8 - Personal data
The information requested from the customer is necessary to process their order and cannot be communicated to third parties without their prior authorization. In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, modify, rectify, oppose and delete personal data concerning him. The personal data collected about the customer by LETESTU are intended for LETESTU to manage the customer's orders and are subject to computer processing. Optional information is intended to better understand the customer and thus improve the services offered to them.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 amended by the Law of August 6, 2004 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the processing of the customer's personal data is subject to a declaration to the National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties (CNIL).
LETESTU may nevertheless, on the basis of the information thus obtained, subject to the express consent of the customer, send them newsletters, commercial, promotional, advertising or marketing offers.
Article 9 - Intellectual property
All content published or made available on this site, including text, graphics, photographs, moving images, sounds, illustrations, trademarks and software (the site content) are the exclusive property from LETESTU, its licensors or its third party image providers. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of any content on the site is systematically subject to authorization from LETESTU.

Article 10 - Responsibilities
Responsibility for the online sales process: LETESTU has, for all stages of access to the site, the ordering process, delivery or subsequent services, only an obligation of means.
